- Have unexplained or undiagnosed abdominal or pelvic pain.

Your Endea belt offers four adjustable heat settings: 40°C, 45°C, 50°C and 55°C.
To reduce the risk of burns:
- Begin with the lowest heat setting.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
- Check your skin regularly for redness or irritation.
- Never use heat over an area where you cannot properly feel temperature.
- Stop using the belt if the heat feels uncomfortable or excessive.
- Do not use the belt while sleeping.
The heat function includes an automatic 15-minute safety timer. This is a safety feature and does not eliminate the risk of burns.
TENS stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation. It uses gentle electrical impulses to stimulate nerves and may help temporarily relieve certain types of pain.
For safe use:
- Begin at the lowest intensity setting.
- Increase the intensity gradually until the sensation feels comfortable.
- Do not continue if stimulation becomes painful.
- Do not apply stimulation to broken, irritated or infected skin.
- Do not use TENS while driving, sleeping or operating machinery.
- Do not use TENS at the same time as other electrical stimulation devices unless approved by a healthcare professional.
TENS should never cause significant pain or burning. Stop immediately if you experience an unusual reaction.
Your Endea belt has a built-in 15-minute safety timer that automatically switches off the heat function after each cycle.
You can enjoy multiple sessions throughout the day, as long as you allow your skin to cool down completely between each heat session to help prevent burns and skin irritation.
There's no set daily session limit, but we recommend listening to your body, using a comfortable heat setting and checking your skin for any redness, irritation or discomfort before continuing.
